Kristin Vadeboncoeur is a new college counselor this year at La Salle. She grew up in Pawtucket, RI and is a La Salle alumna, class of 1998. She is still best friends with the people she met while at La Salle. Mrs. Vadeboncoeur began her career by volunteering in a college admission’s office. She then worked at Boston College admissions. She then realized that she could make her greatest impact as a high school counselor. She also enjoys meeting new people and helping them through the process. She decided to return to La Salle, to mentor students, because she “can’t imagine a better place to be.” So far, she has really enjoyed meeting everyone here. She hopes to continue her work here at La Salle and allow students to “best represent themselves and the education they receive.” Outside of school, Mrs. Vadeboncoeur enjoys being a soccer mom, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
